In accordance with the requirements for accreditation of resident status and the application of the corresponding discount, all ticket issuance must consult the automated system of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, known as SARA, which will yield one of the following results:
It will not be necessary to present a valid Certificate of Residence issued by the corresponding Town Hall, in compliance with Royal Decree 1316/2001.

The SARA accreditation system enables telematic verification of a citizen’s details at the moment of ticket purchase, for procedures initiated with GRACIOSAMAR CRUCEROS, S.A.
Bodies Responsible for the telematic verification system:
If you are purchasing a transport ticket on behalf of another person, you must have their authorisation to provide their personal data and give consent on their behalf for the processing and transfer of this data for the stated purpose.
If you do not wish to request confirmation of data via telematic access, or if the consultation result does not confirm compliance with the requirements, the individual wishing to undertake a subsidised journey must personally provide proof of eligibility by presenting the required documents as per the regulations in force.
