La Cantería is one of Lanzarote's northern beaches and a favourite among surfers. Situated in the village of Órzola, in the island's northern region, this exotic coastline offers a unique mix of sunshine, scenic walks with breathtaking views, and tranquillity.
The name La Cantería originates from a stone quarry once used for construction near the beach. It is also referred to as Playa de Atrás de Órzola.
